Covid-19 Safety Plan for

We are committed to our role in reducing the risk of spreading Covid-19. We have implemented an eight-customer limit in the store. There is a limit of two to three staff in the office area with a 2m distance between workspaces. Arrows and markers are placed on the floor to guide the of movement within the store and limit proximity to others while in the retail space.
Customers must wear a mask when in the store and sanitize their hands upon entering the store. If a customer does not have a mask, staff will encourage them to purchase one from one of our vendors.
A barrier is used at the checkout area to protect customers and staff.
We ask that customers refrain from entering the store if they are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19. Symptoms include fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or headache.
Refillery Customer Procedures
Please ask for assistance from staff if interested in buying from the Replenish Refillery. Staff will serve from the Refillery, to reduce possible exposure when interacting with these high-contact areas. We ask that the 2m distance is maintained while waiting.
All staff will sanitize their hands before serving customers and wipe down all areas that have been touched after the sale. This includes the pumps, the utensils – tongs, scale, markers, and laminated order sheets.
Customers are welcome to preorder their products by calling 236-422-3204 and we can prepare your order for pickup. Orders must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to pickup Tuesday-Saturday.
