Returns can be completed within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received, including original packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information or to begin the return process.
What types of items are exempt from returns?

- Keto Products
- Perishable Refillery Products (eg. Detergents, hygiene products)
- Food (eg. Naramata Chocolates)
- Sale Items
- Randomized Kits and Grab Bags
Once the return item has been received, we will send you an email to notify you. We will send a second email once the return item has been inspected, and the status of your refund. Once the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or method of payment, within seven days of the refund approval notification.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply with instructions on the exchange process.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchase, or the gift giver (purchaser) had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If you are shipping a return valued over 75$, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our Shipping Procedures
We currently only ship domestically, as we are just starting out online.
Shipping rates vary based on size & weight of packages.
We use Canada Post for shipping and base our rates on their metrics.
We ship packages every Tuesday, as we are a small operation. For example, if you purchase an item on Thursday, we will not be shipping it until the following Tuesday. However, you should receive a purchase confirmation once your order has been made.
Our Shipping cost includes Canada Post pricing, handling fee, transaction fee on our end, and staff labour for processing and fulfilling orders.

For our bracelets, our sizes range from XS to XL. These sizes translate to the lengths listed below:
